Just done a 16 day trip with Kumar leading the way. Really enjoyed it and the flexibility we desired when we required it.

Went every where we wanted to and thoroughly enjoyed our trip and Kumars helpfulness and his knowledge.

Everything was organised perfectly, and without fuss.

Do not book with the big tour operators, as they just outsource to the locals, book direct with these guys and save yourself a fortune - and help the local Sri Lankan economy properly.

Will be back for the cricket when England are playing in Sri Lanka again, and we will be using Kumara services to sort it all out.

Tours for Sri Lanka arranged a personalised 14 day tour for me which I can not fault. From the get go Kumara was very helpful and organised and provided an excellent overall service. Kumara was very informatively, friendly and designed a trip that was perfect for me. Really the trip was amazing n wonderful memories. almost cover all places as we planned. We went to Srilanka with a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 child and an infant of 4 months) and was very concerned on the arrangements. We contacted Tours for Srilanka and Sonali provided us a very customized package which helped us explore Srilanka. when you travel with kids, the first thing you must have is flexibility. We reached Colombo airport and soon after immigration we met Mr. Kumara who gave us a very warm welcome and said that i will be with you for the rest of the trip and will be your driver, guide, help, support and anything that you need. He lived up to his promise and we had fantastic 10 days in Srilanka. We drove to/from Nwera eliya to Yala to Bentota and at no where, we felt rushed to do the task. my kids played cricket with Mr. Kumara and Dhana. Via internet we were looking for a 4 days trip in Sri Lanka and found it with this company.
The booking process, managed by Sonali, was were quick and easy. Also you did not have to pay the full amount in advance, only a small pre-payment was required. Every question or other suggestions had been handled quickly and communicated via whatsapp by Sonali.
We had a really 4 days full tour from the first day after breakfast till the last day, ending at 10 p.m. with a drop-off at our Ayurveda-Resort.
Our tour guide was Dananjaya and our driver Sampath.
They arrived at our pick-up hotel in german known punctuality with a nice and very clean car. Every morning we saw a cleaned up car. Perfect!
Sampath is a very good driver. He is driving very prudent and savely. At any time he was very helpful, if getting out or in of the car or with our luckage oder shopping items. Also every time perfectly in scheduled time.
Dananjaya our guide, perfect English speaking, had been the best guide we had ever had at any round-trip in several countries we made before with other companies.
He is very well educated and knows so much over the country, its people, history, politics, food and many other things, which you would like to know over Sri Lanka.
Every day we made several wonderful experiences with him in this country. He is very friendly and obliging. Every day he surprised us with something new on the tour. With him we got to know the country and its people extraordinarily well. It is incredible what he knows. You also can have fun with him.

This company overall experience with both Zicasso and Kirsty was superb. Neither words nor pictures can capture the overall experience of a safari in yala. The wildlife, the terrain, and the people made this experience unforgettable.

We were initially looking for cab services and Ms Chathuri Atma from tours for Srilanka contacted us.She was very helpful and informative and as a result we booked our whole tour through them. Before and during our time in Srilanka the whole team was very warm and helpful especially Ms. Chathuri. We got our cab on time at the airport and Mr Nalaka who was our assigned driver/guide.He was very prompt and punctual. He not only showed us this beautiful country , he made us feel safe and secure. Mr Nala took care of the tiniest details and was always in sight whenever needed.We had a gala time in Srilanka because of Mr Nala and Ms Chathuri. We would definitely recommend this tour package to all our folks. This whole team is not only reliable but also went out of their way to give us such a pleasant and safe experience in Srilanka.

Me and my husband we have spent 10 days travelling around Sri Lanka with this company. Originally I assumed that we just rent from "Tours for Sri Lanka" a driver which will make us easier moving around the island. Suprisly it occured that we had not only a driver (who was also fantastic) but also English speaking guide Mr. Dananjaya (or rather just Dana). Dana was great guide and just our very good companion. Cheerful but atentive. He listened carefully to our wishes about the place we want (and don't want) to see. He showed us also many very interesting things - some Sri lankan spices, snacks and lokal fruits. Thanks to him I had also an opportunity to learn from Sri lankan cook how to prepare some typical lokal dishes. I must admit that Dana took care of us with very nice way - not overbearing just balanced. Thanks to him our journey was much more attractive and interesting than if we decided to arrange it on our own.
Definitely I recommend this company because all its the employees I had contact with were very friendly and professional. They are trying very hard to keep customers satisfied.

We went on a private tour for 13 days in January 2020. Before the trip we had the opportunity to discuss/amend the itinerary and we also made some suggestions about some of the hotels. The trip ran very smoothly and we enjoyed every minute. All the hotels were either good or excellent. The vehicle was comfortable and was driven very safely. The tour was moderately intense but we wanted to see a lot of the country as it is so varied. I was slightly worried booking with a local company in advance rather than a major tour operator but it worked really well and it was much better value. When you are budgeting, however, do bear in mind that entrance fees and meals, other than breakfast, are not included. Meals in Sri Lanka are comparatively cheap, even in hotels, however do your research on the costs of visits to attraction such as national parks as these can be quite pricey (but not by western standards). Our thanks to Sonali for her pre-trip organisation and to Mr Kumar for his welcome and his advice. Our very special thanks go to Chiran, our driver. He turned out not to be just a driver but an excellent guide and he helped us to understand Sri Lankan culture. We were sometimes embarrassed by how much he was willing to go out of his way to help us. We thank him so much!

The tour bus was neat and clean with Wifi, the hotels were all 4-5 star, the tour manager was jolly and hands-on, everything was excellent. We were not rushed yet we didn't miss anything. We were traveling with a 82 year old and an 11 year old, and both of them enjoyed equally. This is an amazing country with amazing people, and this is the best way to go around it.
